Jennifer Perez serves as the firm’s Case Manager, bringing over 16 years of paralegal experience and having worked alongside attorney Yocel Alonso for over 16 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and has pursued graduate studies in Education at the University of Houston.

In addition to her legal background, Jennifer brings over 16 years of real estate industry experience. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and the Broker/Owner of Texas Skyline Properties, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. She is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #2091017), providing her with extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and financing.

As Case Manager, Jennifer plays a key role in coordinating case matters, assisting attorneys, managing deadlines, and ensuring effective communication throughout the legal process. She combines her legal education, extensive experience, and business expertise to support the firm’s clients with professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
